My journey began in 2002, and since then, I’ve amassed 17 years of continuous licensing and expertise in managing a diverse range of properties, from high-end condominiums to single-family homes and small apartment buildings. Currently, I’m licensed with Illustrated Properties in the heart of West Palm Beach, where I leverage my extensive background to deliver exceptional service to my clients.

My commitment to property management is driven by a passion for fostering strong, ongoing relationships between landlords and tenants. I’ve seen firsthand how continuity in management can enhance both investor returns and tenant experiences. This dedication is reflected in my involvement with the West Palm 100 and my membership in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). I utilize the Yardi software, the gold standard in real estate property management, to ensure top-tier management capabilities. My hands-on experience includes navigating the complexities of the Florida foreclosure crisis and working with large-scale condominium projects.
